TALENT OF AUGUST – Sculy Mejia
for this summer season we hat a little interview with our gorgeous talent Sculy and talked to her about her career and private life so you can get to know her better.
How did you become a model?
I am a model by pure chance my manager discovered me in my hometown when I was passing by a restaurant called CAFE DE PARIS. I never imagined being a model but thanks to my mother agency new doors opened for me at the least expected moment.
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
If I could do anything for one day it would be to be someone who brings smiles to the people who need it the most because some days are more difficult and we can’t always smile.
What would you say is the biggest red flag?
someone who likes to shop.
Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?
I was more introverted when I didn’t speak English well but now I manage in English, Spanish, a little bit of French and even Creole. I have more fun with my friends, I go out more often with my friends from all over the world.
What is your favorite thing about your career?
What I like the most about my career is meeting new people, new cultures, interacting with people and always trying to do my job well.
Morning person or night owl? And why?
I would say that I am a night owl, I love the night, I really enjoy working at night and the darkness is something that gives me tranquility and peace since getting up very early in the morning is very hard for me but in the end a good coffee ends up helping me.
What is your go-to guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure is bags, I love bags but I am very picky when it comes to buying one because they are very specific and special for.
